Effective Date: September 11, 2026
Service Operator: Abrams Publishing House
Business Address: Abrams Publishing House, Cainta, Rizal, Philippines, 1900
Platform: Find Femboys
Governing Jurisdiction: Republic of the Philippines
These provisions form part of the Terms of Service governing the use of Find Femboys. They must be read together with the Find Femboys Privacy Policy and other policies expressly incorporated into the Terms of Service.
These provisions apply prospectively from their stated effective date. They do not retroactively eliminate any right, obligation, claim, or liability that arose before a user validly accepted them.
1. Operator and Scope
Find Femboys is an online dating and social platform owned and operated by Abrams Publishing House, Cainta, Rizal, Philippines, 1900.
In these Terms, "Find Femboys," "Abrams Publishing House," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Abrams Publishing House as the owner and operator of the platform.
The "Services" include the Find Femboys website, web and mobile applications, member profiles, discovery tools, messaging functions, media features, memberships, subscriptions, account services, and all related features operated by Abrams Publishing House.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Services, a user agrees to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.
2. Eligibility
Find Femboys is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
By creating or using an account, a user represents and warrants that:
- the user is at least eighteen years old;
- the information provided during registration is materially accurate;
- the user is legally permitted to use the Services;
- the user is not prohibited from using the Services under Philippine law; and
- the user will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Abrams Publishing House may request reasonable age or identity verification when necessary to protect users, investigate suspected abuse, or comply with applicable law.
Abrams Publishing House may suspend or terminate an account where it reasonably believes that the user is underage, has supplied false information, is impersonating another person, or poses a material safety or legal risk.
3. Nature of the Services
Find Femboys enables adult members to create profiles, discover and communicate with other members, publish permitted content, exchange messages and permitted media, and purchase optional memberships or features.
Abrams Publishing House does not guarantee that information submitted by a member is complete, current, or accurate. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Abrams Publishing House does not conduct comprehensive identity, criminal-history, employment, relationship-status, or background verification of every member.
Users are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when communicating with or meeting another person. Users must not send money, share passwords, disclose financial credentials, or provide highly sensitive information merely because another member claims to be trustworthy or verified.
Nothing in this section limits any obligation imposed on Abrams Publishing House by applicable consumer-protection, data-protection, or online-safety law.
4. User Accounts and Account Security
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity conducted through their account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Users must:
- provide accurate account information;
- maintain control of the email address connected to their account;
- use a strong and unique password;
- avoid reusing a Find Femboys password on another service;
- promptly report suspected unauthorized access; and
- comply with reasonable account-security instructions issued by Abrams Publishing House.
A user must not share, sell, transfer, or permit another person to use their account.
Abrams Publishing House may temporarily restrict an account, invalidate active sessions, require a password reset, or request identity verification where reasonably necessary to protect the account, other users, or the Services.
5. Privacy and Sensitive Personal Information
Abrams Publishing House will process personal information in accordance with the Find Femboys Privacy Policy, Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
Because Find Femboys is a dating platform, membership and profile information may reveal or imply sexuality, gender identity, relationship preferences, intimate interests, or other highly private characteristics. Abrams Publishing House will treat this information according to the sensitivity and risks associated with its processing.
Abrams Publishing House will implement reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, loss, unauthorized disclosure, and unauthorized access.
These safeguards may include:
- access restrictions and least-privilege controls;
- database and storage security policies;
- credential and encryption-key management;
- encryption where appropriate;
- activity monitoring and security logging;
- vulnerability identification and remediation;
- data minimization and retention controls;
- authentication protections; and
- periodic reviews of application, database, and storage permissions.
These measures are security commitments, but they do not constitute a guarantee that a security incident can never occur.
6. Security-Incident Response
When Abrams Publishing House becomes aware of a suspected security incident affecting Find Femboys, Abrams Publishing House may take reasonable and proportionate measures to:
- investigate the nature and scope of the incident;
- restrict or suspend access to affected systems;
- preserve technical evidence and relevant records;
- revoke credentials, sessions, tokens, or access keys;
- require password or security resets;
- isolate, remove, secure, or migrate affected information;
- engage legal counsel, forensic specialists, and service providers;
- notify affected individuals and competent authorities;
- cooperate with lawful investigations; and
- take other steps reasonably necessary to contain the incident and reduce harm.
Preliminary notices may be issued using information reasonably available at the time. Abrams Publishing House may provide supplemental notices as additional facts are verified.
Abrams Publishing House will not knowingly misrepresent a confirmed incident as merely alleged, state that information was unaffected without a reasonable factual basis, or guarantee that copied information has been recovered or destroyed when that fact cannot be verified.
7. Philippine Breach Notification
Where the mandatory-notification conditions under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable National Privacy Commission issuances are satisfied, Abrams Publishing House will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected data subjects within seventy-two hours after acquiring knowledge of, or forming a reasonable belief that, a qualifying personal data breach occurred.
The initial notification may be based on information available within the seventy-two-hour period and may be supplemented as additional verified information becomes available.
Abrams Publishing House will generally submit the required full breach report within five days from knowledge of the breach unless the National Privacy Commission grants additional time.
When an incident involves at least 100 data subjects, or when disclosure of sensitive personal information may harm or adversely affect a data subject, Abrams Publishing House will not postpone notification to the National Privacy Commission merely because the investigation remains incomplete.
Any request to postpone, omit, or use an alternative method of notifying affected data subjects will be submitted to the National Privacy Commission when permitted by law. Unless the National Privacy Commission authorizes an alternative method, affected data subjects will be notified individually through a secure written or electronic means.
A breach notification will state, to the extent reasonably known at the time:
- the nature and relevant circumstances of the breach;
- the approximate number or categories of affected data subjects;
- the types of personal information involved;
- the likely or reasonably foreseeable consequences;
- the containment and remediation measures taken or proposed;
- the actions affected individuals should take to reduce harm; and
- the contact details through which additional information and assistance may be obtained.
8. Essential Account, Legal, and Security Messages
Account, legal, safety, privacy, and security notices are essential operational communications and are not promotional marketing.
Users authorize Abrams Publishing House to send essential communications to the email address associated with their Find Femboys account, display notices within the Services, or use another method permitted by law.
A user's decision to unsubscribe from promotional marketing does not prevent Abrams Publishing House from sending messages reasonably necessary to:
- authenticate or secure an account;
- complete a user-requested transaction;
- provide a purchased service;
- warn of a safety or security risk;
- provide a legally required privacy notice; or
- comply with an order or obligation imposed by law.
Abrams Publishing House will not use an essential security or legal notice as a pretext for unrelated promotional advertising.
9. Unauthorized Access and Data Extraction
Users must not access or attempt to access any account, record, database, application programming interface, storage object, administrative function, source file, credential, access token, or non-public portion of Find Femboys without the express written authorization of Abrams Publishing House.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- scraping or bulk extraction of member information;
- enumerating accounts, records, files, endpoints, or identifiers;
- accessing information beyond the ordinary functionality intentionally displayed to the user;
- bypassing or attempting to bypass access restrictions;
- exploiting or attempting to exploit a vulnerability against production systems;
- using another person's information to access or claim their account;
- downloading, retaining, selling, publishing, or distributing information obtained without authorization;
- testing Find Femboys systems without prior written authorization from Abrams Publishing House;
- using automated systems in a manner that compromises security or availability; and
- assisting or encouraging another person to perform prohibited conduct.
The fact that information is returned by an API, available through a predictable URL, exposed through a technical misconfiguration, or accessible through an ordinary user account does not grant authorization to obtain information beyond the access intentionally provided through the normal user interface.
Suspected vulnerabilities must be reported privately to the designated security contact of Abrams Publishing House at dev@findfemboys.com. Exploiting a vulnerability, retaining member data, publicly disclosing personal information, or selling or distributing information is not authorized security research.
Abrams Publishing House may suspend accounts, preserve evidence, restrict access, notify affected persons and service providers, and report suspected unlawful conduct to the National Privacy Commission, National Bureau of Investigation, Philippine National Police, or another competent authority.
10. Member Content and Conduct
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit to Find Femboys. By submitting content, a user grants Abrams Publishing House a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, secure, and improve the Services.
Content a user chooses to make public — including public posts, photos, and profile details — is visible to other members of the app and may be viewed, downloaded, or shared by them beyond the control of Abrams Publishing House. To load quickly worldwide, public media may be cached and delivered through a third-party content delivery network (CDN). A user chooses at upload whether a photo is public or private; private posts and direct-message media are not served through the public CDN.
A user must not submit or distribute content that:
- violates Philippine law;
- exploits or appears to involve a minor;
- violates another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights;
- contains non-consensual intimate material;
- impersonates another person;
- promotes violence, harassment, extortion, or fraud;
- contains malicious code;
- was obtained through unauthorized access; or
- otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.
Abrams Publishing House may remove or restrict content and accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users, or preserve the integrity of the Services.
11. User Indemnification
To the extent permitted by Philippine law, a user shall indemnify and hold harmless Abrams Publishing House and its officers, employees, contractors, and authorized representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- content submitted or distributed by that user;
- the user's material violation of these Terms;
- the user's violation of another person's privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or contractual rights;
- unauthorized access, scraping, or misuse of data by that user;
- impersonation, fraud, harassment, extortion, or other unlawful conduct by that user; or
- the user's use of Find Femboys in violation of applicable law.
Abrams Publishing House will provide reasonable notice of an indemnified claim and, where appropriate, allow the user to participate in its defense.
Abrams Publishing House may control the defense or settlement where reasonably necessary to protect affected members, comply with regulatory obligations, avoid conflicting legal positions, or protect the legitimate interests of Abrams Publishing House.
This indemnification does not require a user to compensate Abrams Publishing House for losses caused by the fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, bad faith, breach of a non-waivable legal obligation, or unlawful processing of personal information by Abrams Publishing House.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Find Femboys and all related Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Abrams Publishing House disclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties concerning merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, and freedom from defects or harmful code.
Abrams Publishing House does not warrant that:
- Find Femboys will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free;
- every member is genuine, accurately identified, or acting in good faith;
- member-submitted content is accurate, lawful, or suitable;
- communications or relationships formed through Find Femboys will produce a particular result;
- content will never be removed, lost, or unavailable; or
- the Services will be completely immune from cyberattacks, unauthorized access, service-provider failures, or previously unknown vulnerabilities.
No Internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. This disclaimer does not excuse Abrams Publishing House from implementing the safeguards required by Philippine law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, bad faith, or violation of applicable data-protection and consumer-protection laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, the total aggregate liability of Abrams Publishing House arising from or relating to Find Femboys, the Services, or these Terms will not exceed US$100 or its equivalent in Philippine pesos at the applicable exchange rate when the claim is resolved.
The US$100 limitation is an aggregate cap for all claims arising from the same or related events. It is not a separate limit for every allegation, cause of action, user account, demand, or proceeding.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abrams Publishing House will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, anticipated savings, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, when those damages were not the direct and reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach by Abrams Publishing House.
The liability cap and excluded-damages provision do not apply to:
- fraud or intentional misrepresentation by Abrams Publishing House;
- willful misconduct or bad faith by Abrams Publishing House;
- gross negligence by Abrams Publishing House;
- liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law;
- a statutory right to damages under applicable data-protection or consumer-protection law; or
- an obligation imposed by a competent court or regulatory authority that cannot legally be limited by contract.
This section does not retroactively limit liability arising from an event that occurred before a user validly accepted this provision.
14. User Responsibility for Third-Party Conduct
Abrams Publishing House is not a party to personal relationships, communications, agreements, meetings, or transactions independently arranged between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abrams Publishing House is not responsible for harm caused exclusively by the independent unlawful conduct of another user or third party where Abrams Publishing House did not authorize, direct, knowingly facilitate, or negligently fail to address that conduct in violation of an applicable legal duty.
Nothing in this section limits a legal duty of Abrams Publishing House to respond to properly reported abuse, comply with a lawful order, protect personal information, or take reasonable measures required by law.
15. Notice of Dispute and Informal Resolution
Before commencing an ordinary contractual claim, the claimant must provide written notice containing:
- the claimant's full name and relevant Find Femboys account;
- the facts giving rise to the dispute;
- the contractual or legal basis of the claim;
- the relief requested; and
- supporting information reasonably necessary to evaluate the matter.
The notice must be sent to the legal contact for Abrams Publishing House at amanda@abramspublishinghouse.com.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter within thirty calendar days after receipt of a complete notice.
This informal process does not prevent a person from:
- reporting suspected criminal conduct;
- filing a complaint with the National Privacy Commission;
- communicating with another competent regulator;
- requesting urgent injunctive or protective relief;
- filing an eligible small-claims action; or
- complying with a statutory limitation or filing deadline.
16. Arbitration
Except for excluded matters, a dispute arising from these Terms or the Services that remains unresolved after the thirty-day informal-resolution period will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. under its applicable arbitration rules.
The arbitration will:
- be determined by one neutral arbitrator;
- be conducted in English;
- have Metro Manila, Philippines as its legal seat;
- permit remote proceedings when authorized by the arbitrator; and
- remain confidential to the extent permitted by law and the applicable arbitration rules.
The arbitrator may grant any individual remedy that is available under Philippine law and that the parties may lawfully submit to arbitration.
The following are excluded from mandatory arbitration:
- criminal liability;
- matters that cannot legally be compromised or arbitrated;
- complaints, investigations, or proceedings before the National Privacy Commission;
- proceedings conducted by another competent regulator or law-enforcement authority;
- eligible small-claims matters;
- requests for urgent injunctive or protective relief; and
- consumer rights that cannot lawfully be subjected to mandatory arbitration.
Nothing in this provision prevents Abrams Publishing House from requesting immediate court relief to stop unauthorized access, scraping, disclosure of personal information, intellectual-property infringement, or another continuing act that may cause irreparable harm.
17. Governing Law
These Terms, the Find Femboys Privacy Policy, and disputes arising from the Services will be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to the arbitration provision and the authority of the National Privacy Commission or another competent government agency, judicial proceedings must be brought before the competent courts serving Cainta, Rizal, Philippines.
Nothing in this provision prevents a party from seeking urgent interim protection from another Philippine court possessing lawful jurisdiction.
18. Law-Enforcement and Regulatory Cooperation
Abrams Publishing House may preserve and disclose records when reasonably necessary to:
- comply with a valid subpoena, warrant, court order, or regulatory directive;
- respond to a lawful request from the National Privacy Commission or another competent Philippine authority;
- investigate fraud, unauthorized access, exploitation, threats, or serious abuse;
- protect the safety and legal rights of users;
- enforce these Terms; or
- establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
Abrams Publishing House will evaluate requests for information and will disclose only information reasonably necessary or legally required under the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes Abrams Publishing House to disregard the Data Privacy Act of 2012 or disclose personal information without a lawful basis.
19. Amendments to the Terms
Abrams Publishing House may revise these Terms to reflect changes in Philippine law, security practices, platform functions, payment services, or business operations.
Material changes will be communicated through reasonable advance notice or an in-app acceptance process. A revision will operate prospectively from its stated effective date.
A revision will not retroactively extinguish an accrued claim, legal right, or regulatory obligation.
Where clear affirmative agreement is required or appropriate, Abrams Publishing House will require users to accept the revised Terms through an unchecked consent control before continuing to use Find Femboys.
Abrams Publishing House will retain reasonable records identifying the version accepted, the date and time of acceptance, the relevant user account, and the method through which consent was obtained.
20. Severability
If any provision is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, arbitrator, or authority, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect unless the invalid provision is so fundamental that the remaining agreement cannot reasonably operate without it.
21. No Waiver of Mandatory Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or prevents a person from:
- exercising rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012;
- filing a complaint with the National Privacy Commission;
- reporting suspected criminal conduct;
- cooperating with a lawful investigation;
- exercising a non-waivable right under Philippine consumer law; or
- seeking a remedy that cannot legally be excluded, limited, or subjected to arbitration.

22.2 Media Credits. Uploading photos and videos uses media credits. Every member receives free media credits, and additional credits can be obtained through VIP membership or direct purchase.

Find Femboys Credits and Media Credits may be bought once through PayPal, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) through HitPay, or with cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Card payments through HitPay are charged in Philippine pesos (PHP): our prices are set in US dollars, and the amount charged, shown before you pay, is converted at an exchange rate that includes a 3% conversion margin. Your bank may add its own foreign transaction fee. All purchases appear on your statement under our parent company, Abrams Publishing House. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and exceptions.
22.5 Cryptocurrency Purchases. Cryptocurrency can be used only for one-time purchases of Find Femboys Credits and Media Credits; VIP subscriptions cannot be paid with cryptocurrency. We receive payment in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20). You may send any coin NOWPayments accepts, and it is converted to USDT for us. The minimum crypto purchase is 20 USDT. You must send the exact amount shown on the NOWPayments payment page; the network fee NOWPayments adds, and any fee your wallet or exchange charges, are paid by you. If less than the shown amount arrives, the purchase stays incomplete until the remaining amount is sent to the same payment page, and nothing is refunded. If more arrives, you receive the bundle you selected and the excess is not returned. Credits are added once NOWPayments reports the payment confirmed on the network, usually within minutes; we cannot speed up or reverse a blockchain transaction. Prices are set in US dollars, and the crypto amount is fixed by NOWPayments at the time the payment page is created.
22.6 Platform Intellectual Property. Abrams Publishing House retains all rights to the Find Femboys platform, including its design, content, and features. Members retain ownership of the content they submit, subject to the license described in Section 10.
