1. Information We Collect

1.2 Profile Information. We collect additional information you choose to share in your profile, such as your interests, preferences, photos, and other content.

1.3 Communication Data. We collect information from your interactions on our platform, including messages and chats.

1.4 Payment Information. If you pay with PayPal, PayPal processes the payment and we receive the transaction id, the amount, and the payer email PayPal reports. We do not store card numbers. If you pay with cryptocurrency, NOWPayments processes the payment and we receive and store our order reference, the NOWPayments payment and invoice ids, the coin and the amounts sent and received, the deposit address, the on-chain transaction hash, and the payment data NOWPayments reports to us. We do not receive your name, email address, or wallet identity from NOWPayments, and no card data is involved.

1.5 Cookies and Tracking. Our app uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and understand how the app is used.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Provide and Improve Services. We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve Find Femboys.

2.2 Communication. We may use your email address to send you notifications, updates, and promotional content related to Find Femboys.

2.3 Matchmaking and Recommendations. We use the information you provide to suggest potential matches based on your preferences.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Other Users. Information you share on your profile or in chats may be visible to other users. Photos, posts, and profile details you choose to make public are visible to all members of the app, who may view, download, screenshot, or share them beyond our control.

3.2 Service Providers. We share your information with trusted providers who help us run the platform — for example, payment processing and database hosting. We store and process your data with a cloud database and hosting provider, on servers located in Northern Virginia, USA. Publicly posted media may be cached and delivered through a third-party content delivery network (CDN) so it loads quickly worldwide.

3.3 Payment Processors. PayPal and card payments are handled by PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments by NOWPayments. Each processes your payment under its own privacy policy. Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on a public blockchain: the sending address, the receiving address, the amount, and the time are visible to anyone and cannot be changed or deleted by us or by NOWPayments. If you do not want a payment to be linked to you, do not pay from a wallet that is linked to your identity elsewhere.

3.4 Legal and Safety. We may disclose your information in response to a legal request, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Find Femboys, our users, or others.

4. Data Security

In short: We work to protect your information and we commit to reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. If a breach ever affects you, we will tell you.

We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information and protect it against unauthorized access or disclosure. These include storing passwords only as one-way hashes, keeping payment card details off our own servers (payments are processed by PayPal and, for cryptocurrency, by NOWPayments; we store no card numbers and no wallet keys), restricting access to our systems, and reviewing our access rules.

However, no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure. We cannot and do not guarantee that your information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed without authorization. Data breaches and security incidents affect organizations of every size, and while we commit to maintaining reasonable security, we cannot promise absolute security. You provide your information to us at your own risk.

A password hash protects your password from being read directly, but hashes of weak or reused passwords can sometimes be cracked. Please use a password that is unique to Find Femboys, do not reuse it anywhere else, and keep your login details private.

Because Find Femboys is a dating platform, your membership and profile information may reveal or imply sexuality, gender identity, relationship preferences, intimate interests, or other highly private characteristics. We treat this information according to the sensitivity and risks associated with its processing, and we process personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

Security and Breach Notification

When we become aware of a suspected security incident affecting Find Femboys, we may take reasonable and proportionate measures to investigate its nature and scope, restrict or suspend access to affected systems, preserve technical evidence, revoke credentials and sessions, require security resets, isolate or secure affected information, engage legal and forensic specialists, notify affected individuals and competent authorities, and take other steps reasonably necessary to contain the incident and reduce harm.

Where the mandatory-notification conditions under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable National Privacy Commission issuances are satisfied, we will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected data subjects within seventy-two hours after acquiring knowledge of, or forming a reasonable belief that, a qualifying personal data breach occurred, and we will generally submit the required full breach report within five days from knowledge of the breach unless the National Privacy Commission grants additional time. A breach notification will describe, to the extent reasonably known at the time, the nature of the breach, the personal information involved, the likely consequences, the measures taken, the steps you can take to reduce harm, and where to obtain further information and assistance.

These notices are sent through our system email channel, so they reach you even if you have opted out of marketing or update emails. Giving such a notice, or investigating or responding to an incident, does not mean we are admitting fault or legal liability; it means we are keeping you informed as the law and our own standards require. Our Terms of Service (Sections 5 through 7) set out our privacy-safeguard, security-incident-response, and Philippine breach-notification commitments in full.

5.1 Profile Privacy. You control the visibility of your information through your profile and privacy settings.

5.2 Marketing Communications. You can opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails we send.

7. International Data Transfers

We store and process your data with a cloud database and hosting provider, on servers located in Northern Virginia, USA. By using Find Femboys, you consent to this transfer and processing of your information outside the Philippines.

9. Adult Content and Record-Keeping (18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A)

Find Femboys is an adults-only dating and social networking platform intended exclusively for persons who are 18 years of age or older.

User-Generated Content

Find Femboys allows registered users to create profiles and upload or share user-generated content. Find Femboys does not represent that it is the primary producer, as that term may be defined under applicable United States law, of visual content uploaded independently by users of the platform.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available through Find Femboys complies with applicable laws and our Terms of Service.

Age Requirements

Find Femboys strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from creating an account, accessing age-restricted areas of the platform, or appearing in sexually explicit content made available through the platform.

By using Find Femboys and uploading content, users represent and warrant that:

• They are at least 18 years old.
• Every person depicted in content they upload is at least 18 years old at the time the content was created.
• They have all necessary rights, permissions, and legally required documentation relating to the content they upload.
• Their content complies with all applicable record-keeping, age-verification, consent, and other legal requirements, including 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A where applicable.

Prohibited Content

Find Femboys has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of minors, or any sexual or suggestive content involving persons under 18. We also do not allow bestiality, non-consensual content, content depicting real violence, or any other content that is illegal under applicable law.

Such content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, preservation of relevant records, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Find Femboys may remove or restrict any content when there is uncertainty regarding the age, identity, consent, ownership, or legality of the persons or material depicted.

Verification and Records

Where required by applicable law or our policies, users may be required to provide information or documentation sufficient to establish their age, identity, rights to uploaded content, or the age and consent of persons depicted.

Find Femboys reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or remove content when satisfactory verification cannot be provided.

For content for which Find Femboys is legally considered a producer subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A, required records will be maintained and made available for inspection as required by applicable law.

Reporting Concerns

If you believe that content available through Find Femboys depicts a person under the age of 18, was uploaded without the depicted person’s consent, or otherwise violates applicable law, please report the content immediately using the reporting tools available on the platform, or contact us at support@findfemboys.com. Reports involving suspected minors or non-consensual intimate content are prioritized for review.

Nothing in this section should be interpreted as an admission that Find Femboys is the producer of any particular user-generated content for purposes of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A. The applicability of federal record-keeping requirements depends on the nature and circumstances of the particular content and activities involved.
